The MBBS program at Zarmed University is a comprehensive 6-year course (including 1-year internship) conducted entirely in English. Building the foundational knowledge of the human body, biochemical processes, and introduction to the medical profession. Students engage with anatomy cadaver labs and biochemistry practical sessions.
Deeper dive into disease mechanisms, drug actions, and microbiology. Students begin understanding pathological processes and how the body responds to illness.
Introduction to clinical disciplines and community medicine. Students begin hospital visits and learn patient communication, history taking, and clinical examination skills.
Full clinical rotations begin across major specialties. Students spend significant time in the teaching hospital wards, learning diagnostic reasoning and patient management.
Advanced clinical rotations covering all major and minor specialties. Students build diagnostic confidence, surgical skills, and learn to manage complex clinical cases independently.
A full-year supervised internship at affiliated teaching hospitals. Students manage real patients under faculty supervision across all departments, building clinical independence and confidence. Dedicated NEXT/FMGE coaching sessions are also included.
